EcoSmokeOnline.com uses an age verification service Veritad. Each order is checked for verification of legal age of tobacco use based on the customers information. If for any reason Veritad cannot or does not verify the customers legal age, the customers order will be canceled and refunded to the card used.

Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Eco•Smoke holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for paying any taxes due to you local area and state.
 
 
State Tax:

State tax is collected on all products shipped within the state of Alabama.


Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Alabama, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Ecosmokeonline.com products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Huntsville, Alabama. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Ecosmokeonline.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Shipping General:

We can ship to virtually any address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain areas. We are not responsible for shipments seized, please know your local shipping laws. If your shipping destination is not in our list, don't sweat. Shoot and e-mail to support@ecosmokeonline.com and we'll figure out if we can ship to your destination and we'll provide an approximate shipping cost.

PROCESSING
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after your full payment has been received. Shipment time will be between 2-7 business days depending on your physical address. The total wait time after you place your order will be between 3-14 business days. Shipping time and cost vary depending on location, and product ordered.

U.S shipping:

First Class Mail = 3-10 Days

Priority Mail = 2-5 Days

Express Mail = 1-2 Days (although most are overnight if received by noon EST)

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Due to recent changes in the USPS shipping methods, and as they work out their cost saving changes, we have seen some orders take longer than normal to arrive at the destination. Delivery times should fall within the 3-7 days time frame, however, it is possible the packages may take longer. When you track the package on USPS.com using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email, if you see that the package has been scanned into the USPS tracking system, the USPS now has control and there is nothing more we can do to expedite the delivery.

If you are choosing Express shipping, please note that orders must be received no later than 12:00pm CST (noon), Monday-Friday, to ensure we have the time to process your order and get it to the post office to try for next day delivery. Orders received after noon CST will be processed for mailing the following day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be packaged in time to make it to the post office same day. These packages will shipped the following business day. Unfortunately this means that these packages can be delayed up to 72 hours.

We do not ship packages on weekends. Express orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Express Mail orders placed between Thursday at 2 PM and Friday at 2 PM do not always arrive on during the weekend, many postal service stations work an reduced shifts on Saturdays.

We do not ship packages on Saturday, Sunday or USPS Postal Holidays. Orders placed after 2PM CST will ship next day, orders placed on Friday after 2PM CST will ship on Monday.

**Please note that we do not process online orders or ship on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed over the weekend are filled on Monday, in the order they were received.**

 

Return Policy & Warranty

Customer service is a priority for us at Eco•Smoke. You may return manufacture defective items within 7 days of received by date as indicated by your tracking information. Our policy gives 7 days to manufacture defective items. Dead on arrival (DOA) items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.  DOA and defective items must be returned for the same item unless it is no longer in stock. Some items may have shorter or longer warranties, please see item description and excluded items for any information on warranties.

You may, at any time, cancel an unprocessed or in progress order (before the ship notice) for a full no questions asked refund.

Items damaged by miss-use, tampering, modification, or improper care are not covered by our policy! If you received items that you do not know how to use, please contact us immediately for proper care instructions and more in depth information on your items.

Our returns policy Excludes e liquids, cartomizers, tanks, and atomizers/coils, RDAs, RBAs, and mechanical mods. This warranty does not include cracked screens, broken tanks, cracked glass, dents, scratches, stripped threads or anything that would indicate user caused damage, we do not cover missing or broken springs or internal parts and all parts must be returned. Please note that return shipping is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received wrong item(s).  Should you receive the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 5 days from the received date to our Returns address after contacting us.

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise, and make the determination on warranty status or misuse. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must include all items that come with your item, this goes for starter kits and items that come as sets. If still available please include the packaging that your item came in.

After hearing instructions from our Support department please Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please include your name, contact information, order number and information.

Mail your online returns to the following address: We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking.

 

Please allow 10 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any changes with your order.
 
 
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.
 
Credit Cards
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file. Orders may be rejected if information does not match.
 
 

Pre-Order Policy

Please read this information to learn more about how our pre-orders work.

What is a pre-order?
Simply put, a pre-order is an order you can place for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. Generally, it is an item that is new to the marketplace and we have already placed an order with our suppliers for the item. These items are usually in the developmental stages when we create the product listings. The images are taken from prototypes. The finished product that you receive may vary in design, specifications and package contents. Please be ready to assume these risks before placing your order.

Why should I pre-order at Eco•Smoke Online?

By placing a pre-order with Eco•Smoke Online you will receive the highest priority order fulfillment. We fill pre-orders based on the order they are received. Pre-orders are also processed prior to any in stock order received. Thus, pre-ordering helps ensure that you will receive the most sought after new products. If you pre-order, you will be among the first of our customers to receive the item. Oftentimes, with popular items, a purchasing frenzy ensues when it is released, making it difficult to get the item before it is sold out. Procuring an item on a pre-order basis means that, unless our shipment of the items is lost when coming from our supplier, you are guaranteed to get an item shortly after we receive it.

Is the item guaranteed to arrive on the estimated availability date?

No, when an item opens for pre-order, we don't always have the full details on availability from our suppliers. It is important to recognize that ALL pre-orders are offered with ESTIMATED delivery dates. In other words, it is quite possible--and quite common--that pre-order items are delivered later than expected. Pre-orders are explicitly made without a guarantee that the item will arrive at a certain time. Always check the product item page for the most up to date information on availability.

What are the chances that my pre-order will not be filled?

Remote. The only instances where a pre-order will not be filled are if the manufacturer cancels or modifies a case assortment or simply short ships our order. In the event of short shipment, we will prioritize filling pre-orders based on the order they were received. We will then cancel all other outstanding pre-orders and issue full refunds for those orders. We will not offer any compensation to customers for pre-orders that we are unable to fill based on our supplier short-shipping an order.

Can I cancel or modify a pre-order?

Absolutely! If at any time prior to your items shipping you wish to cancel or change your order simply email us at support@ecosmokeonline.com.

What if I order multiple items, can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

Yes of course you can combine in stock and pre-order items. We will hold your order until all items come in stock and ship all items together. Note, if you wish for your in stock items to ship immediately then place a separate order for in stock items only.

What happens if I place a pre-order for multiple items that are scheduled to arrive at different dates?

Again we will hold your order and ship once all items have arrived and are in stock. The shipping amount you are charged during check out is based on a single package. If you wish for your items to ship as they become available then you must place a separate orders.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order once an item is received?

We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items. We process and ship orders 6 days a week so in most instances you can expect to receive your shipping notification in one business day.

Do you make a commitment that you will be the first person in the USA to have this product?

No. We don't make promises we can't keep, and we have no way to control specifically that another vendor may receive their shipment of items before us. However, often times we are among the first in the USA to receive new items. Pre-orders are explicitly made without a guarantee that the item will arrive at a certain time.
